Augment Resources is just as the name describes: we provide additional resources to augment organisations needing additional support. All our Augment Professionals are pre-approved by industry experts and thoroughly vetted by our resource team before being presented to clients. We can provide project oversight, regularly engage with all of our people and engender a culture of trust, support, and growth. With offices across Australia and New Zealand, Augment can provide resources for any period of time and can permanently place people, or deploy high calibre consultants and contractors quickly, utilising our extensive networks and our growing list of pre-approved professionals. We have evolved with three key principles:

- High calibre people shouldn’t attract exorbitant margins.

- Industry experts know who other industry experts are going to love working with.

- A combination of industry expertise and executive search experience is unique to the market.

Founded in 2016, we have grown and tested our model steadily and are pleased to enjoy a large client and contractor base. 

In 2020 we expanded into the New Zealand market and appointed Mike Blanchard as our local Managing Director and Brad Winger as Sales and Marketing Manager and have since gained a significant share of the procurement and supply chain market. In 2021 Augment made further moves to expand its presence in Defence and Federal Government. Our Chairman Len Blackmore founded the Canberra office with a focus on Defence, and we have swiftly expanded our base of commercial procurement and ILS experts across Melbourne and Canberra. In 2023 Augment have expanded further and opened offices in Canada with its further expansion of the unique offering in the Procurement and Supply Chain Sectors.
