Learning Forum

A major challenge for all businesses is the need for their workforce to acquire new skills and research shows that employee happiness is highly correlated with the opportunity for their development. Organizations that foster a learning culture and offer development opportunities to their employees are therefore creating an environment for long-term success with a team of engaged and happy employees who do their jobs well.
The BNZBA has therefore established a Learning Forum where members can highlight development programmes or learning initiatives that other members may want to be aware of and also where training and educational organizations can feature articles and courses that will be of interest to our members. If you want to submit something for inclusion in the Learning Forum or have an initiative that you would like the Forum to promote then email us at info@bnzba.co.nz
