Our main speakers will be:

Michael Masterson is a regular speaker at events and conferences addressing how businesses can discover and unlock their competitive edge and in the process create shareholder value. Michael has several decades of experience in working for, or with, high-growth businesses, helping them evaluate innovations and opportunities and develop robust commercialisation and risk management strategies which result in increased revenues and profitability margins. Lance Sheppard has over 25 years of experience in senior leadership and consulting roles including time as Chair of ExportNZ and as New Zealand Trade Commissioner in Florida. He specializes in driving international expansion, global market entry, and scalable growth strategies, helping businesses navigate complex global landscapes to achieve sustainable success while delivering financial, social, cultural, and environmental impact. He has helped shape and support New Zealand’s export environment, fostering high-growth startups, building global talent networks, and enhancing New Zealand’s international brand and his expertise spans strategic market development, cross-border partnerships, and ecosystem-building to accelerate global opportunities for businesses looking to expand beyond domestic markets.

In addition, Oury Clark who are visiting New Zealand from London will advise about about entering and establishing a trading relationship with the UK.
