BNZBA AGM 2025

The Annual General Meeting will be an online event.

An agenda item is a proposal to adopt a new Constitution to comply with the requirements for the BNZBA to re-register by April 2026 under the Incorporated Societies Act 2022. You can find a copy of the proposed new Constitution here and the existing Constitution here. A note summarising the key differences between the two documents is here.
