James Atchison-Wootton Global Senior Manager of Innovation & AI, Robert Walters
James leads the company’s global AI strategy, developing secure enterprise AI tools and delivering worldwide AI roadshows. He brings insights on the strategic adoption of AI and the emerging technologies transforming the world of work. James regularly speaks on both the strategic adoption of AI across organisations and the emerging technologies transforming recruitment and candidate behaviour.
Meg Smith Ngā Puhi, Tainui, Co-founder, CloverBase
Meg works closely with Microsoft to help organisations build AI capability through learning programmes. A former Google UK and NZ leader, Meg brings a te ao Māori perspective to technology and is the author of "Microsoft 365 Copilot Adoption: A Guide for Business Leaders and Consultants". Her company Cloverbase is a digital enablement consultancy focused on empowering leaders to develop the digital mindset to lead their organisations into the digital future.
Dilani Gedera, Director of Learning and Teaching at the Faculty of Business, Economics, and Law, AUT
Dilani has over 24 years of experience in Higher Education and she specialises in digital education and innovative pedagogy. As part of its learning and teaching strategy, AUT is working to embed AI literacy and practical skills across its programmes, ensuring that students graduate with a clear understanding of how to use AI responsibly and ethically, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to add value from day one in the workplace.
